After a long wait of 1 year, there is finally some good news for Friends fans. The reunion which every fan dreamt off is finally happening and is also coming very soon as confirmed by the official HBO Max itself. The cast of Friends is finally coming back together in one stage for the reunion.HBO Max to honor the iconic show on it's 25th anniversary. The reunion episode was suppose to come on May 2020, but as the pandemic happened it delayed for a long time and fans got upset with the news. After 1 year HBO Max announced it through their YouTube channel by showing a little glimpse of the Friends reunion in middle of their New Premiers and upcoming contents.
Is this gonna be a new episode of Friends?
It's a Unscripted special episode where the six stars will be sitting together on the iconic couch of Central Park. So, the answers is NO. It is not gonna be a revival episode for the Friends Show. The six stars will not play their on-screen beloved characters, they will be appearing as themselves : HBO Max.
When the reunion episode will be shoot?
The unscripted episode has been already shooted on 5th and 6th April 2021. The complete shooting of the special episode has been finished and it has been confirmed by the official Friends Instagram account on 11 April.

HBO Max has not released the official trailer of the special Unscripted episode yet.
HBO Max hasn't shown anything regarding the reunion episode and made it sure that anything regarding the shoe doesn't leake. They like to keep the suprise in the box and are very good at keeping the suprise secret till the last moment.
Release Date
HBO Max hasn't announced any date of release for the special sitcom's episode. But, as the shooting of the unscripted episode has finished and has been wrapped out SIX Days ago, we can assume that we are very much close to the breathtaking moment
